Fan Zhang dfce62c507 Deprecate AppListPreference and AppListPrefWithSettings
- Convert ManageAssist into DashboardFragment
- Convert default assist pref to DefaultAppPickerFragment
- Add PreferenceController for each pref
- Add tests
