govenliu d9a414b61e [Wi-Fi] Add a new intent handler process for adding new networks panel page.

For the R feature "Add saved networks to the
device for apps", need to handle the new intent case to update the content to be the specific networks in the new intent.

Test: Add following unit test case to check if UI list had been updated:
      getThreeNetworksNewIntent_shouldHaveThreeItemsInUiList.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>

For example:

make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest

You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
