Salvador Martinez be6a844a06 Check if boxes still available when restoring state

Apparently when the device is idle long enough the system will clean
up the dialog view for the hotspot band preference. This will cause
restore state to fail once it decides to pause the activity. To avoid
this we should make sure the boxes are not null.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>

For example:

make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest

You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
