Chaohui Wang 39bf7dd530 Fix dialog leak in RequestPermissionActivity ...

Dialog still show when activity destroyed will cause leak.

Dismiss dialog when activity onDestroy to fix this issue.

Test: Manually with "Don't keep activities"
