jackqdyulei 92fceaff22 Hide summary for Cell in PowerUsageAdvanced
1. Add method "shouldHideSummary" to check it
2. Also change method "shouldHide" to "shouldHideCategory",
to distinguish it from shouldHideSummary

Fix: 37293815
