Jakub Rotkiewicz 97b113a660 bluetooth: Refactor BT Audio Codec list

* Show only selectable codecs to the user
* Removed redundant 'abstract' layer
* Disable codec selection when BluetoothA2dp, active device unavailable
  or HD Audio disabled.
