Disable haptic settings for ring, notification and touch feedback when the phone ringer mode is set to silent. Preserve the setting values and display message explaining why those settings are disabled. Running a single test class

For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
