This reverts commit 9546b7fdcb.
Reason for revert: This CL will have side effort, when switch from "USB tethering" to "MTP/PTP/Midi" mode, DUT will jump to "No data transfer".
Revert this CL and have good solution to address b/154933817

Running a single test class
$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>
For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
