Matthew DeVore 5d2ddfc6dd TopologyScale values for scaling the topology pane

TopologyScale helps to size the topology pane and properly size and
place the display blocks inside it. It is based on the algorithm
described in the design doc.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

With a filter

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests:com.android.settings.display.AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest

You can also run any single test class with atest (it will try to find the correct path)

$ atest AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest
