Before this cl, the update of toggle depends on BroadcastReceiver. However it is not called when toggle is inited, which make the toggle in broken state sometimes. This cl make it execute the update method in constructor, so toggle can get the correct state when it is created. Running a single test class
$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>
For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
