Tsung-Mao Fang 54150c9942 Support another new intent for mainline module intent

Mainline module team would like to create a new intent to support v2 UX.
In Settings side, if we found system supports this intent,
then we should navigate user to new place.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>

For example:

make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest

You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
