jackqdyulei 3fb054f3d3 Display anomaly in battery usage page ...

This cl adds a new parameter, mAnomalies, for
AdvancedPowerUsageDetail.

If it is null, fragment will start AnomalyLoader to detect anomaly.
If not null, just display the anomaly.
