Dongzhuo Zhang 2f16e5824e Few update on contacts storage settings.

1. Add account preference category to contacts storage settings page
2. Preload account icon in settings constructor
3. Re-fetch account in controller to refresh the default account after user sets a different default account.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

With a filter

$ croot
$ atest SettingsRoboTests:com.android.settings.display.AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest

You can also run any single test class with atest (it will try to find the correct path)

$ atest AdaptiveSleepPreferenceControllerTest
