- Extends BasePreferenceController in LocationBasePreferenceController which binds preference key based on xml file instead of writing the key in java code. Then the controller can be used in many xmls. - Modify LocationServicePreferenceController to support only personal or profile user. Running a single test class

$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>
For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
