govenliu 26b70a9bc7 [Wi-Fi] Remove @Ignore tag in ConfigureWifiEntryFragmentTest
Remove the @Ignore tag in ConfigureWifiEntryFragmentTest, and add a fake NetworkDetailsTracker to pass test.
