josephpv 1791ce216b Support face unlock for PS if class2 biometric and above

With this change it is checked if face unlock is supported as a class2
or class3 biometrics on the device.
If face is convenience biometrics then face unlock for
private space controller is not added.

Running Settings Robolectric tests

The full suite

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests

Running a single test class

$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>

For example:

make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest

You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
