- Don't let device be discovered when the user launch "Connected Devices
settings" through SliceDeepLinkTrampoline.

Test: make -j42 RunSettingsRoboTests and use test apk to manually test
to verify the device is not discoversable when open "Connected settings"
through test apk.

Running a single test class
$ croot
$ make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=<ClassName>
For example:
make RunSettingsRoboTests ROBOTEST_FILTER=CodeInspectionTest
You can also use partial class name in ROBOTEST_FILTER. If the partial class name matches multiple file names, all of them will be executed.
