This is necessary to kill DynamicContentMonitor later - Removed all logic related to indexing accesiblitysetting from the monitor class and AccessibilitySetting page itself - Created a loader to search against A11yServices at runtime I noticed adding a loader in SearchResultsAdapter is rather manual.
