ToggleShortcutPreferenceController
Changes:
- Remove ShortcutFragment and RestrictedShortcutFragment
- Move shortcut related dialog logic into
ToggleShortcutPreferenceController
Why change:
- We're now able to retrive fragment manager from the
PreferenceLifecycleContext to show dialogs
- Moving the dialog logic into the PreferenceController can reduce the
layer hierarchy when inherent parent class
NO_IFTTT=only add annotation in AccessibilitySettings, no need to update
the AccessibilityScreen
