This is a clean revert of ag/33239841. The Failing test was fixed. There are no diffs in this CL with the originally submitted ag/33001498. The setting is available under: Settings > Notifications > Notifications & Quick Settings. Bug: 410541004 Bug: 409228328 Bug: 413460097 Test: Added unit tests. Test: Tested manually by opening the setting in the Settings app, changing the setting, and observing that the dual shade was correctly enabled and disabled.
