fb6b6b0bcc [Panlingual] Do not show dialog in recycle. Set LocaleEditor as the 
parent fragment and control the dialog.

Keep the dialog and the locale list after rotation

e2aeded3de [Regional Preferences] Remove u extension for subtitle of Language 
- Remove the language tag info of subtitle in  Settings -> System -> Languages
 - Syuc same result to entry of numbering system.
