2d28a4ceb4 Unify action buttons to a common widget (part 1) 
- Create a preference type to host action button preferences.
- Convert app battery usage page to use the new preference
- Convert wifi detail page to use the new preference

a66363a787 Make items in Advanced battery page unclickable. 
Because these items only display info and have no click action:
1. foreground time item
2. background time item
3. battery usage item

3fb054f3d3 Display anomaly in battery usage page 
This cl adds a new parameter, mAnomalies, for
AdvancedPowerUsageDetail.

If it is null, fragment will start AnomalyLoader to detect anomaly.
If not null, just display the anomaly.
