There is no OK and CANCEL button when changing APN Bearer.
To fix this issue, OK and CANCEL button should be added to
SettingsMultiSelectListPreference style.

After destroying and re-creating, the preference values in ApnEditor
are not restored. This results in incorrect behavior if it enters
two window mode where it's destroyed and re-created. The fix is to
have them restored and shown correctly.

Field already exists in the APN database. Now it is user updatable.
Only enable it on CDMA for this release (means it is not really user
visible, but available for testing purposes). Will revisit enabling
for all in a future release.

Changed the input type of the APN name text field
from email adress to plain text to facilitate the
input method choosing input after locale and not
restricting the input to latin characters. There is
no reason to restrict the APN name to latin
characters only.
