Seeking to imitate the behavior from fingerprint and face unlock. In GMS
Core we will control when to send the RESULT_TIMEOUT resultCode, but we
should generally exit all the way out to Device Unlock, where there is a
passcode entry requirement, when we swipe away from Watch Unlock's
settings.

Physical keyboard options category is hidden when there is no hardware
keyboard. It's related preferences are hidden in this case. Hence those

Webcam / MIDI don't transfer any persistent data to the host device,
so it is okay to not guard it by an auth challenge. Auth challenge for
webcam use increases friction and reduces usability.

Settings page to show rotation, resolution,
enable/disable display settings for
external and overlay displays. In case
persist.demo.userrotation.package_name
sysprop is set, then the virtual
display with this will also be shown.
In case there is only one allowed display
available, then this display will be
shown right away. When there are more
than 1 displays available, then the list
of displays will be shown.

Add brightness level and auto brightness preference in
accessibility_settings_for_setup_wizard.xml. Since the flagging has not
be supported yet for non-Manifest resources, for now we add the
preferences by default, and update the preferece availablity status in
each preference controllers based on the flag.
