Originally we cache mFollowingTypingSwitchPreference in fragment so in
ToggleScreenMagnificationPreferenceFragmentForSetupWizard we can set the
preference visible to false to hide it. After creating MagnificationFeaturePreferenceController,
the MagnificationFollowTypingPreferenceController can extend it and
check isInSetupWizard internally then dicide whether to hide. Therefore,
we don't need to cache mFollowingTypingSwitchPreference in fragment
and let the fragment control the preference visibility anymore.

Root cause: Launch A11y vision settings from out of setup flow would not apply setup wizard theme (SettingsPreferenceTheme_SetupWizard). This throws ClassCastException when converting the layout to support auto-switching two-panel pattern.
Solution: Only converting the layout if launched in setup flow.

Root cause: User feels confused because the particular screen doesn't have a back button but at that moment of the setup flow the regular UI gestures didn't even work.
Solution: Add a done button to the vision settings pages for clearer navigation.

Root cause: ag/17286343 introduces hiding the settings entry in magnification settings if window magnification feature is not supported. It causes SuW page cannot find the settings preference reference.
Solution: Add null pointer check.
