This gives the user the ability to configure the length of the long press power gesture. The configuration values are read from config.xml and can be customized per device.

Step 2 of 2. Move wallet settings from System -> Gestures -> Power
Menu to Display -> Lockscreen. Split the existing sensitivity setting
into two separate toggles to give users better control of their

Both device controls and wallet have moved to new areas outside of the
power menu. In step 1, we are removing the device controls settings,
as the user can now fully control availability within the new Quick
Settings device controls tile.

Adds a setting which allows the user to enable invoking the Assist app via long pressing the power button. The availability of setting is controlled by config_longPressOnPowerForAssistantSettingAvailable configuration value.
