Limit btsnoop file size by rotating between snoop files. The rotation occurrs
when a fixed number of packets have been logged and will start overwriting
the older file.

When we are done uninstalling app updates, invalidate the options menu
so that it will be rebuilt and the correct available menu items will be
shown.
