- Currently most the sliders are implemented by
com.android.settings.widget.SeekBarPreference.
- Volume ones are implemented by VolumeSeekBarPreference, which resets
the OnSeekBarChangeListener, so need special handling.
- PointerSpeedPreference is standalone, added separately.

Root cause: Show default status until setting key changed. It does not
show latest status when created.

Root Cause: Store value in opacity value, need to be inverted to
transparency value.
Solution: transfer to transparency value and rename related field.
