81fa20a4f1 Implement new "Open by default" page 
- Use the new MainSwitch and TopIntro widgets.
- Create VerifiedLinksPreference and LeftSideCheckBoxPreference.
- Create ProgressDialogFragment and SupportedLinksDialogFragment.
- Retrieve the links info from DomainVerificationManager.
- Allow user to change the supported links into selected links.
- Refactor the ClearDefaultsPreference.
- Move AppLaunchSettings into intentpicker directory.

44187c0bb3 Restrict user to clear app defaults when DISALLOW_APPS_CONTROL policy is enabled. 
- In App Info -> Open by defult -> Other defaults -> Clear defaults
   User should not able to clear app defaults when DISALLOW_APPS_CONTROL
   policy is enabled

90de3bebf4 Disable app-link preferences for browser apps 
Also make sure that the 'Clear defaults' action unsets the app's
standing as the default browser, when applicable.
