15ca95a31b Migrate to TwoStatePreference 
SwitchPreference and SwitchPreferenceCompat are both TwoStatePreference.

Using TwoStatePreference in Java will helps migration in the future.

afd71d1689 Add heap dump options to Developer options. 
1. Add a button to capture a system heap dump on demand.
2. Add a toggle to enable/disable automatic system heap dump captures.
