8ad18fb3eb Use SettingsLib's ActionButtonsPreference 
Since we moved old ActionButtonPreference into
SettingsLib, we need to update new imports and
declaration in Settings source code.

Test: robotest, manual test

dce94bb237 Use SettingsLib's LayoutPreference 
- Remove LayoutPreference in Settings source code.
- Remove unused style, layout
- Replace old imports to com.android.settingslib.widget.LayoutPreference
- Replace old XML tag to com.android.settingslib.widget.LayoutPreference

dd9b8af6b9 Remove the anomaly detection added in O-DR 
1. Remove unused class and resources
2. Update function in AdvancedPowerUsageDetail since
we don't need pass in anomaly anymore

29002aacb0 Revamp the battery detail page for each app 
1. Move preferences to new postion
2. Change background activity pref from SwitchPreference to
Preference and update the controller

a66363a787 Make items in Advanced battery page unclickable. 
Because these items only display info and have no click action:
1. foreground time item
2. background time item
3. battery usage item

3fb054f3d3 Display anomaly in battery usage page 
This cl adds a new parameter, mAnomalies, for
AdvancedPowerUsageDetail.

If it is null, fragment will start AnomalyLoader to detect anomaly.
If not null, just display the anomaly.
