4f425c890b Offer trampoline to help articles. 
This allows other parts of the system internals to re-use common
logic for building help links, and it allows all help links to live
in a single common overlay.

Adds a help link slot for "Android is upgrading" notification.

ae63c3db14 Error colors to point to frameworks instead of hard-coding them 
Rather than have each instance of the system error color hard code
the argb values, they now point to frameworks/base/core/res/.

ea24bbf317 Add ripples to negative buttons 
For the negative buttons (buttons on the left side) of screen lock setup
and fingerprint setup screens, instead of theming it like a text link,
inherit from the borderless button and set the highlight color to color
accent.

0bbcdccdbf Visualize password requirements and their fulfillment 
1. Aggregate policies and generate the requirements
2. When user modifies the password, check is each requirement fulfilled

6607d49202 Change gesture settings for Ambient Display from nudge to double tap. 
Change the description text and animation video to double tap the device
instead of nudge movement. Also update the summary text in
Display->Ambient Display to match the gesture description.
