794fc58235 Replace the SlicePreference with Preference 
The Settings' 2 panel did not support SlicePreference, since it
always open activity with NEW_TASK and it casues the settings can't
set new page at right side.

Bug: 270544054
Test: build pass. local test: the phone pair the buds with fastpair, and
then check the slice preferences.
atest BlockingPrefWithSliceControllerTest (pass)

f9befbb347 Move JUnit tests not from telephony settings into legacy directory. 
In order to enable the junit tests as a blocking presubmit, we want
to ensure that all tests within this directory are being actively
maintained. A number of these tests were migrated to robolectric
sometime in 2017-2018, and because they are no longer maintained this CL
moves them into a separate folder, so that they will not be included in
the presubmit.

Please verify that this is the appropriate action to take for these
tests. In the future, the settings team may decide to delete this legacy
directory entirely.

Note that AutoSelectPreferenceControllerTest.setChecked_isChecked_showProgressDialog
is currently failing, but we can fix it in a separate CL.

Test: make SettingsUnitTests && adb install -r out/target/product/shamu/testcases/SettingsUnitTests/arm64/SettingsUnitTests.apk

This commit *only* changes imports and optimize imports.
We don't do anything else.

This patch can't compile pass and run test case.
We will update other patches to fix these problem.

e86eec0c07 Rename SubSettingLauncher.setTitle, add java doc 
For make this method usage more clear,
setTitle(charSequence) rename as setTitleText,
add java doc: it is only for user generated string
setTitle(int) rename as setTitleRes.

d11b713a9f Change build targets for settings tests 
1. Split existing tests into fully automatable (unit/) and not fully
automatable (app/)
2. Revert previous changes to test runners on app/
3. Fix some typos in readme

This will enable us to add the fully automatable test target
SettingsUnitTests to the continuous integration tests on the platform.
