2edbaa7062 Change print setting from a dynamic tile to static pref 
...because dynamic tile is a lot harder to index correctly.

- Removed metadata that makes PrintSettings a dynamic tile.
- Added PrintSettings into connected_device xml.
- Added a new PreferenceController - all summary updating logic is
  copied from PrintSettingsFragment

74c61d1fef Use res-auto as app xml namespace instead of settings. 
This is necessary for SettingsIntelligence to parse settings:keywords
when indexing search stuff.

823dde54c7 Misc clean up in search 
- Remove updateFromClassNameResource() because it's just a no-op method.
- Simplify SearchIndexResources
- Update some pref pages to have unique keys.

bc2c3db8f9 Add print job settings screen. 
Added a list of active print jobs to the main print settings
screen. Selecting a print job from there leads to a print job
settings screen with more information about the print job and
actions to change the prit job state such as cancel and restart.
