63f7bc87d8 Created Multi-SIM notifications. 
+ On Multi-SIM devices a notificaiton will pop up when a SIM card is
added, removed, or replaced.
+ The notification informs the user there has been a change in SIMs and
they can tap the notification to go SIM Card Settings.
