2a7069f561 [Settings] Remove override the transition to fade during the Suw flow. 
Because Suw side has already override the transition when calling the
font size.

f9beef43c9 Update font/display size pages for support large screen in SuW 
- Follow the SuW design of the UI guideline.
- Add the footer button for each pages.
- Add a new AccessibilityScreenSizeForSetupWizardActivity for SuW.
- Add suw_font_size_fragment.xml and suw_screen_zoom_fragment.xml
  for each fragment.
- Shorten 50% of the preview height.

e18c419f94 Fix toggle display and preferen style old style and barely seen in “Vision Settings” 
Root cause: Apply ThemeHelper.trySetDynamicColor would overlay the
settings style.
Solution: Create SudDynamicColorThemeSettings.SetupWizard to support
dynamicColor and settings style.

c361e3426f Fix background inconsistency of the Settings page in SUW

f3b5f0adfe Fix status bar color of a11y doesn't apply stencil

and make statusbar layout can be overrided by stencil customization.

e0b0e9f902 Refactor help menu stuff into a controller

c6ca314c0b Log source with visibility change 
- Add a method in VisibilityLoggerMixin to log visible event using
  LogMaker, which allows logging additional FIELD_CONTEXT field.
- In Utils.startFragment, add current page's metricsCategory as an extra
  to next page.
- In next page's onResume(), extract the previous page's metricsCategory
  and send it to VisibilityLoggerMixin.visible()
- Update all caller with additional paramters

2f1c11314b Add screen for turning TalkBack on and off and remove intent to launch TB 
tutorial from SUW. Also fix how Fragments are displayed (Fragment Views
were being inflated incorrectly causing bugs like the one where TB would
still see the hub elements on child screens) and  remove ripple from 
non-selectable text.

0285c80664 UI fixes (back arrow, blue switch bar, append whether Talkback is on to 
summary), Talkback no longer disabled when preference is tapped, fixes
SettingsPreferenceFragment to not check parent class to determine whether to
show options menu.
