9e32620854 Report if app-specific SAW intent 
Log using PlatformCompat framework if the app tried to deep-link into
the app-specific screen for managing SAW permission.

      3. check volume slider color is identical to color in "Done"

5120a342ca Wifi: Handle adding 6GHz band to SoftAP 
With the support of 6GHz in Android, BAND_ANY is no longer equivalent
to 2GHz+5GHz.
This commit makes the changes to adapt with this.

9bda9af186 Only show Condtionals when the feature flag is on. 
We plan to deprecate Settings Conditionals as it seems
duplicated with quick settings. For now, we set the default
value of this flag to false to disalbe it. OEMs could still
enalbe this feature by setting the flag on.
