f4759e00d5 Improve multi user functionality for restricted users 
- Restricted users can change their name
- Improved App&Content access screen
- Remove "Turn on phone calls" from restricted user detail page

74c61d1fef Use res-auto as app xml namespace instead of settings. 
This is necessary for SettingsIntelligence to parse settings:keywords
when indexing search stuff.
