84c3f60ef5 Update ic_sync_problem to GM2. 
- Use tint instead of custom fillColor to be consistent with overlays.
- Standardize on using @android:color/white as fill color
- Update list of overlayed icons.

11e8d2f293 Use entity header to show account name in sync detail page
