Since StorageManager rounded the totalBytes of device storage but
they don't do that rounding for freeBytes.
So in some cases the freeBytes can be greater than totalBytes.
We propose to get totalBytes of device storage directly to calculate
correct privateUsedBytes.

When switching dark theme, Settings homepage is re-created
and storage summary will be calculated in worker thread and
then be displayed after a short time.
Use cache to display the summary before latest summary is available.

Switch Dark theme and observe Storage settings summary.

Helper function composed to return thread future, to guarantee
concurrent function finishes before test condition is checked.
Additionally a @VisibleForTesting helper function is used rather than
robolectric reflection helpers to set a class variable.

we shouldn't take users so deep into the settings IA because it's easy
to feel lost in settings after clicking on a result without additional
context.

From traces analysis, we found getFreeBytes
was taking a long time to return.
getFreeBytes was used when storage controller
tried to get storage information.
In order to prevent this case, we put the action
which takes too much time in background thread.
Test: I can't reproduce it locally. From code view,
this is a reasonable root cause.
