a4379d6b38 Use a different wallpaper fragment title from the preference item. 
Change wallpaper list ordering to alphabetic.
Display battery level and charging status in Battery settings.

fcbf7cffb6 Wallpaper settings 
Added an option in Screen settings to choose a wallpaper.
It then shows a list of wallpaper sources and launches the
corresponding intent on selecting.
