febccc4990 Cleanup listener reference in SmartAutoRotate 
This will fix a memory leak caused by dangling SensorPrivacy listeners.

Test: opened/closed display and auto-rotate fragment and verified no
leaks in android studio profiler

5949fccc7a Remove duplicate strings. 
"Yes" and "no" were redefined many times with no clear benefit, so this
consolidates them into one definition.

ff9065ac95 Add support for device state based auto-rotation preferences in Settings. 
- Creates new preferences that are shown when device-state rotation
  is supported.
- Hides standard preferences when device-state rotation is supported.
- Controllers/Preferences for individual folded/unfolded rotation
  settings are created and added programatically based on the settable
  device states available.

Test: Manually + Unit tests

5131c691b5 Check in auto rotate settings summary for rotation resolver service 
Fixes issue where summary text would not properly describe the state of
camera based auto rotation when permission is missing or when another state is blocking the feature
