65e08df980 Leverage the panel title font size of non-first row 
The title of non-first row in a slice has smaller font size by default.

- Sync the font size with the one of the first row.
- Also rename the related styles in style.xml
- Let homepage slices has smaller font on non-first row based on UX
  design.

5a554ccbfa Add Dismiss action in Talkback Local Context Menu 
- Add dismiss action for cards that can be dismissed.
- Remove importantForAccessibility from sliceView so Talkback can
recognise this view in order to generate Local Context Menu.

Test: Enable Talkback -> Move focus to removeable contextual card -> use
up-right gesture -> see Local Context Menu

- revmove material card layout
- remove slice header's divider

8afc10b3df Update SliceViewStyle background color 
Update android:background color in SliceViewStle to make it have correct
color when Panel is in dark mode.  Use the attr which will change
depends on theme, rather than contextual card background which is
defined by settings, to make it correct in more general case.

4cb25ed087 Batch rename: homepage_* to contextual_* or condtion_* 
Contextual cards are not bound to homepage. Remove prefix homepage from
layout and theme names.

Next step: update names for some resource values (dimen/color etc)
