Creates a trampoline activity and adds functionality
to the SupportFeatureProvider interface so that we can
conditionally launch support V1 or V2.

Limit btsnoop file size by rotating between snoop files. The rotation occurrs
when a fixed number of packets have been logged and will start overwriting
