d73f0e3c77 Add the timer for waiting sim ready

the psim is not ready.

942622575a Disable "Reset app preference" during call 
Reset app preference will dismiss all the notification, disable
"Reset app preference" during call so in call notification not get
dismissed.

98efa51681 The pages of sim onboarding flow is wrong. 
Switch from SS mode to DSDS mode, the esim status will use the last
status. It causes the condition of page selection is wrong.

aecc940987 Using the new sim ui when user insert psim 
When device has two active esim and the user insert psim, the settings
will popup the dailog to ask user select the two sim card.
Now, there is the new sim UI, so it should show the new one.

2b5002ae6a Add the mechanism of enable DSDS

enable the DSDS mode and then start the sim onboarding flow
