App info page stopped supporting the App details feature for work
profile apps in Android N but there is no exact reason from the history.
Try supporting it again to fulfill users' requests and check for
exceptions.

This feature enables 'App Details' to support MBAs with metadata file and display in an offline UI. This change includes a new fragment and user view that sources data from within any MBAs apk file that contains application-metadata.xml.

As requested by framework team, the mainline module should be considered
as system apps and not stoppable and disable-able. Since many of these
modules provide critical functionality, disabling them can result in a
very unstable device.
According to the request, Settings will apply below changes to App info
page for protecting mainline modules:
- Hide "Force stop" and "Disable" in App info.
- Disable "Clear storage" and "Clear cache" in "Storage & cache".
Since the mainline module checking API interface changed, also change
the dependent files and test cases.

For mainline module apps, user can not install them from the play store.
We should not provide the play store link for them in app info page.
Therefore, we decide to hide their app details preference which is to
provide the play store link from the app info page.

For AppInfoDashboardFragment:
- add app installer preference into the preference screen
instead of creating it dynamically.
- add controller for the App Installer, Instant App buttons, and instant
app domains preferences.
