- add the default app shortcut preferences to the preference screen
xml instead of creating them dynamically in the fragment.
- add controller for each of the shortcut preference.
- move the corresponding shortcut detail settings into the appinfo
package.
- add individual preference screen xml for the shortcut detail settings
instead of using the shared screen template.

Adds a SearchIndexProvider into NightDisplaySettings
to index night_display_settings.xml. It will show
up in search as long as ColorDisplayController
is available.
Also, supress the search result for Night Display
under Display settings in favor of the actual toggle.

NotificationSettingBase's getPreferenceController call
is recursive with no base case which crashes search.
Root cause here is that NotificationSettingsBase should
not be indexed for seacrh but was probably failing the
code inspection test. Added NotificationSettingsBase
child classes to grandfather list of classes that
should be ignored for search.

Migrates Notification settings (app level, group level, and channel
level) into PreferenceControllers (and most importantly:
PreferenceControllerTest)
Note: this removes the 'Advanced' preference group, but does
not yet use the standard system 'Advanced' grouping as it does
not currently support our use case (where we don't know how many
fields to show outside of 'Advanced' until onResume() and also
where we need fields to show below the 'Advanced' group).

For the sake of incremental updates, we moved all of the
conversion from PreIndexData to IndexData, and the
insertion of the rows into the SQLite DB into a new class,
IndexDataConverter. However, it's real role is just to
convert PreIndexData into IndexData.
So this CL moves the insertion of the rows back into
DatabaseIndexingManager.
Again, for the sake of simplicity, I did not change the
conversion flow. Rather, instead of inserting a row at the
end of the conversion, I just put it into a list which is
then returned. This lets me move the tests to appropriate
locations, without having to change them too much.
In the tests, the references to real xml layouts are
changed to fake references. Hooray for being less brittle.
IndexDataConverter now just tests that the IndexData
has the appropriate data from PreIndexdData.
Independently, we test that IndexData gets inserted in
DatabaseIndexingManager.
In the next CL, I'll refactor the conversion
flow for readability.

The existing behavior is to bring up a dialog with Bluetooth device
details with checkboxes for each supported profile. This adds a new page
that serves the same purpose with a switch for each profile and a footer
containing the MAC address.
Whether to use the new page or old dialog is controlled by a flag
accessible via BluetoothFeatureProvider.
