Labels are Dimmer and Brighter. As the slider value is lowered,
the dimming intensity is increased
Slider min = 100 - intensity max
Slider max = 100 - intensity min
Ex: If intensity max = 80, the slider min with be 20. If the user
moves the position to the minimum end we'll send 80 to Color DisplayManager

- Move junit test into unit test folder
- Settings resources ids are different from the junit test ids
so we need to find the correct resource id
- ColorDisplayManager will not update in time before the controller
is checked, and it can't be mocked since it's a final class

This change do the 2 things:
1. Add new junit tests files which replace robolectric
RobolectricTestRunner & RuntimeEnvironment with
AndroidX objects without problem.
2. Remove the robolectric test files which have it's new junit files.
This change migrate 103 files, there are still 1209
files to go.

In order to enable the junit tests as a blocking presubmit, we want
to ensure that all tests within this directory are being actively
maintained. A number of these tests were migrated to robolectric
sometime in 2017-2018, and because they are no longer maintained this CL
moves them into a separate folder, so that they will not be included in
the presubmit.
Please verify that this is the appropriate action to take for these
tests. In the future, the settings team may decide to delete this legacy
directory entirely.
Note that AutoSelectPreferenceControllerTest.setChecked_isChecked_showProgressDialog
is currently failing, but we can fix it in a separate CL.

Because can't save the value into setting keys for the service before version R, and in order to let tutorial dialog can get the consistent value, using alternative that each fragment with shortcut to must implement the new abstract method.
