999014702c Wire in device owner information into SecuritySettings 
If the device owner information has been provisioned by device
policy client via the DevicePolicyManager then make the current
user info preference read only and add a summary to specify that
the preference has been disabled by the administrator.

acbac8cdfe Add developer option to convert from FDE to FBE 
This set of changes adds the screen that offers this conversion,
and the plumbing so the option is only available on suitable
devices.

It does not implement the conversion mechanism.

bd28ceef10 Fix preferences v14 issues in lock screeen setup 
Preferences support-v14 expects a RecyclerView, and cannot override
onCreateView to inflate custom views. This changes
SetupChooseLockGeneric to use suw_template_no_scroll and let
preference framework inflate its RecyclerView inside it.

76be5e352a Add a11y setting for Automatically click after pointer stops 
Adds new preference screen for the feature, where the feature can be
enabled/disabled, and delay before click can be specified (implemented
as seek bar preference, enabled iff the feature is enabled).

Preference is added to Accessibility setting. The preference summary is
set to string describing the delay after pointer stops moving before
click is scheduled (the string also contains numerical value of the
delay).

820ee63716 [Settings] Remove dependency from SUW nav bar 
Remove setup wizard navigation bar as one of setting's dependencies,
since all the users are using setup wizard library, which includes
the navigation bar as one of its components.
