919019ca56 [Flag cleanup] edit_shortcuts_in_full_screen is always on now 
- Cleaned up the code that won't be executed when the flag is on
- Remove unused resources

changes are saved

833bbccd30 Update a11y shortcut images 
- Update QS, gesture, volume keys shortcut type images
- Change FAB image to animated image
- Change 2-finger double tap, triple tap animated images
- Fix the alpha value set in the FAB preview
